The Molitron Odor Abatement System does not produce any waste byproducts. It dispenses a neutralizing solution through misting nozzles located in the exhaust air stream. Filters are not used to eliminate the odor which eliminates filter waste.
Odor Control Misting System
The misting system neutralizes by chemically changing the odor particle’s molecular structure, effectively modifying it. And, unlike chemical masking agents or perfumes that superimpose a pleasant fragrance on an unpleasant odor, odor neutralizers absorb and convert malodors resulting in a reduction in odor and smoke particles.

Connecting the MOAS cabinet to the remote atomizing nozzles is one 1/4” OD liquid tube and one 3/8” OD air tube.

This odor scrubber includes an exhaust fan interlock which ensures the misting nozzles run only when the exhaust fan is turned on.

Each odor system is furnished with two misting nozzle assemblies which are adequate for up to 6,000 CFM.
A low odor control solution alarm for alerting staff to refill the neutralizing agent. The red light illuminates and buzzer sounds when the solution is nearly empty.
