The Molitron Pollution Control Unit reduces smoke and odor without producing waste byproducts. This pollution control unit dispenses a neutralizing solution through misting nozzles located in the exhaust air stream. Filters are not used to eliminate the odor which eliminates filter waste.

The misting system neutralizes by chemically changing the odor particle’s molecular structure, effectively modifying it. Connecting the MOAS cabinet to the remote atomizing nozzles is one 1/4” OD liquid tube and one 3/8” OD air tube.

MOLITRON POLLUTION CONTROL UNIT
This emissions control equipment includes an exhaust fan interlock which ensures the misting nozzles run only when the exhaust fan is turned on.
The business will need to supply:

Our emissions control equipment is designed for commercial kitchens and other diverse sources of odor such as cannabis. The ENVIRO-PAK FILTER ASSEMBLY can be located at any point indoor or outdoor, between the ventilation hood, and the point of discharge from the exhaust air into the atmosphere.

The Molitron Enviro-Pak Filter Assembly (EPFA) is 18-gauge, type 304 stainless steel enclosure fitted with top, bottom and end channels for holding in place pre-filters and high efficiency filters used for removing particulate matter and grease vapors from kitchen exhaust air.

UL 8782 covers Pollution Control Units for commercial cooking. Emissions control equipment (PCU) are part of the restaurant kitchen exhaust system and are designed to control effluent and smoke from the commercial cooking process. See UL 8782 for more information.

The Enviro-Pak filter Assembly is an emissions control equipment designed to reduce a diverse array of pollutants such as smoke, odor, and grease vapors through the use of high efficiency filters (MERV 14).
This emissions control equipment has 3 removable doors for accessing and replacing the high efficiency filters.
