Which system does your kitchen need?

MOAS treats cooking odor. PCU filters smoke particulate and grease vapor. Some projects use both. Start with the problem you need to solve.

Start with your exhaust challenge

Odor and airborne particles call for different approaches. Choose what you need to control.

MOAS · Odor abatement

Treat odor in the exhaust.

MOAS supplies Odor Neutralizer Solution to remote misting nozzles in commercial-kitchen exhaust. The stainless-steel cabinet stays outside the duct.

Nozzle placement, dwell time and calibration are planned for your project.

Equipment fit requires project review. The cooking process, exhaust conditions and installation requirements determine the configuration.

The two systems

Both are fabricated in Colorado and sold direct by Molitron.

Need filtration and odor treatment?

Some projects use MOAS and PCU together. Share your cooking equipment, airflow and discharge location so Molitron can review the combination.
